Microsoft Outlook is more popular products within the Microsoft Office suite of products; the email program is widely used around the world for business as well for personal use. Sometimes outlook can create problem and it stop working .freezing problem is common Microsoft outlook problem where your outlook stop work and restart again. If you want to identify what’s going wrong then follow the steps:
Step1: from start menu of your computer go to run box and type outlook/safe without quotes and click on ok.
Step2: If your outlook is comfortable with safe mode then disable add-ins in Outlook 2010.
Step3: open your outlook and go to file, select add-ins towards the left hand side. Click on go for COM Add-ins. From COM Add-Ins dialog box, select the add-in and click Remove to uninstall the add-ins.
Step4: After completing the all above steps try to reopen Outlook 2010 and check how it works.
- From start menu go to the control panel then Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer
- Then under "Windows logs" check the system and application logs at around the time that Outlook hung; also check the MS Office Sessions (or similar) log under "application & service logs".
