The world's most popular email management software is Microsoft Outlook. Email users have to be careful that by opening email and attachments of the email because sometimes attachment contains the malicious software which can easily attack on your computer. Microsoft Outlook now features a trust center where security settings can be changed to fit your preferences and can solve your Microsoft outlook problem.

Step1: Open your Microsoft Outlook and from the main program window, and select "Tools" from the menu options at the top of the window. Click on "Security Center" from the drop-down menu. Then Trust Center window will open.
Step2: Select "Email Security" from the pane on the left of the Trust Center window. Use the check boxes to select the security settings you prefer regarding encrypted email, digital IDs, plain text message options and the allowing of scripts. Click "OK" at the bottom of the screen to apply these settings changes.
Step3: Select your "Attachment Handling" from the pane on the left of the Trust Center window. To change settings regarding the handling of email attachments, you can use the check boxes. Then click ok at the bottom of the screen to apply these settings changes.
Step4: Select "Automatic Download" from the pane on the left of the Trust Center window in order to change how Outlook handles the automatic downloading of pictures in emails.
Step5: Use the "Programmatic Access" selection from the left pane to access and make changes to the settings that will warn you if a program tries to automatically access your address book or send an email on your behalf.
